This disjointed cluster of noise from KWES reworking CLOUT! eventually finds its form, and that form is a hypnotic, bass-leaning piece of futuristic beat music. A guitar circles somewhere in the distance while ill-sounding pitch-shifted vocals cut through the mix. When it kicks in towards the end it feels strangely euphoric.
